I’m Wedersom Arantes, a Brazilian freelance illustrator and comic book artist with over two decades of experience in the visual arts. My work is defined by a deep-rooted foundation in traditional techniques -- gouache, acrylics, oil pastels, and charcoal, etc -- often blending them to achieve a unique, tactile aesthetic.

 

Visually, I explore the boundary between Realism and Expressionism. Influenced by masters like Bill Sienkiewicz, Ashley Wood, and Simon Bisley, I focus on creating bold, atmospheric visual narratives.
